Branch Administrator

-Implement the company mission, vision, and core of beliefs.

-Serve our clients vigorously helping them achieve freedom and quality of life.

-Make sure your space maintains a “show ready” appearance.

-Daily be in uniform including company apparel as well as The Seal badge.

-Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events.

-Answer incoming phone calls.

-Gather customer information for sales leads.

-Dispatch out sales leads.

-Maintain accurate customer record in the company CRM.

-Maintain books in the company accounting software.

-Open and close the office during regular work hours.

-Maintain the sales department scoreboards and accountability systems.

-Produce the monthly financial statements, stats, and other reports.

-Onboard new employees.

-Complete weekly payroll reports and process payroll.

-Complete scheduling of service work and dispatch crews to jobsites. Keep up with daily filing of documents.

-Process accounts payable.

-Process accounts receivable.

-Manage vendor relationships for the office.
