Lead Technician
-Implement the company mission, vision, and core of beliefs.
-Serve our clients vigorously helping them achieve freedom and quality of life.
-Make sure your space maintains a “show ready” appearance.
-Daily be in uniform including company apparel as well as The Seal badge.
-Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events.
-Daily clock-in and keep accurate track of hours worked.
-Manage your Assistant Tech to ensure they are completing all their duties.
-Do vehicle check daily for fluids, tire pressure and wear and tear.
-Inspect soft washing equipment to ensure it is in working order.
-Review work orders for accuracy and to ensure you have all materials to complete job.
-Ensure Manuals and Paperwork are onboard service truck.
-Review the scope of work with the customer for accuracy.
-Regulate use of PPE and Safety Equipment while on the job site.
-Protect customer’s property and landscape from physical or chemical damages.
-Meet your production goal for the week and month.
-Communicate with the Branch Administrator your schedule progress.
-Drive the company vehicle in an admirable way, representing the company well.
-Complete the sections of the work order that you are responsible for.
-Collect required before & after pictures and video document the work as it progresses.
-Complete projects with a final walk around with customer and collect payment.
